NHLA HAS THE MOST THOROUGH AND PROVEN 9-PART SCREENING PROCESS.
WHEN A POTENTIAL RENTER COMES TO US DIRECTLY FOR A SCREENING, WE WILL REFER THIS PERSON TO ALL MEMBER REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS IN THAT SPECIFIC AREA.
WE WILL PERFORM OUR TENANT SCREENING FOR YOUR TENANT CLIENTS FOR A FEE OF $20 (YOU CAN RE-SELL THIS PRODUCT FOR UP TO $100). SCREENING INCLUDES: CREDIT HISTORY, EVICTION HISTORY, CRIMINAL HISTORY, SEX OFFENDER HISTORY, HOMELAND SECURITY CLEARANCE; VERIFICATION OF: REFERENCES, PRIOR LANDLORDS, INCOME; AFFORDABILITY AND DEPENDABILITY RATING
WE WILL PAY $25 INCENTIVE TO REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS FOR ANY LANDLORD REFERRALS.
AS A BUSINESS MEMBER YOU CAN REGISTER PROPERTIES IN OUR SYSTEM AND ACCESS LEGAL FORMS AND LEASES ON OUR WEBSITE. IN ADDITION, YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN OUR HOME WARRANTY AND PRE-PAID LEGAL PROGRAMS (COMING SOON) AS WELL AS OUR PURCHASING COOPERATIVE.
ANY TENANT SCREENED BY NHLA WILL BE INSURABLE THROUGH OUR RENT PROTECTION INSURANCE PROGRAM (COMING SOON).
ONCE YOU REGISTER A PROPERTY WITH NHLA OR REFER A LANLDORD TO NHLA, YOU ARE ASSURED EXCLUSIVITY WITH THOSE PROPERTIES.
AS AN NHLA MEMBER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT ANY NHLA PRE-SCREENED TENANTS THAT PRESENT THEMSELVES TO YOU (NO ADDITIONAL APPLICATION FEE SHOULD BE CHARGED).
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP COST: $49 REGISTRATION FEE + $25 PER MONTH OR $249 FOR THE YEAR.
